At my old job, this very same outfit would have been for the days when I was able to "dress down" at work. Now when I wear it to work I'm slightly more dressed up than the people around me, but I'm okay with that. I used to get self-conscious when getting ready to go somewhere and would under dress to avoid sticking out, but as I got older I realized Mr. Wilde had it right:
